Al Maha Desert Resort, a beautiful 5-star hotel, is an oasis set within a 225-square-km desert conservation reserve. This is a place of contrasts framed by the Hajar Mountains. In order to conserve the desertís most precious resource and in keeping with hotelís environmental focus, all the water is fully recycled and returned to its groundwater source via an irrigation system.

Al Mahaís Jamilah Spa & Leisure Centre is nestled amidst the dunes near the main building and integrated into the main swimming pool and pool bar, offering the latest professional fitness equipment.
The hotelís guests can take part in a range of activities including falconry, horse and camel safaris, archery and guided nature walks.
More adventurous guests can also take part in a range off-site activities ranging from historical and architectural tours in and around the Hajar Mountains to sand-skiing and 4x4 dune driving.

Impressions: We have our trip planned for the beginning of October 2006. We are taking our son and his fiance & it will be their 1st trip to Dubai. The hotel is second to none.
